• The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) will conduct a total of four (4) drawings to award twenty-two (22) GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE Trip Prize packages.

• Entries must be submitted prior to 11:59:59 pm (CT) on the Entry Deadline date to be included in that Drawing.
• Drawing Dates may be changed at the sole discretion of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (“TDLR” or “Texas Lottery”).
• Date changes will be posted on this Drawing Information page. If a game is closed before all scheduled drawings occur, then all remaining prizes will be awarded in the next scheduled Drawing.
• Entries received after the Entry Deadline for the 4th Drawing are not eligible for the GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE Promotional Second-Chance Drawing.

Trip Prize Drawings

• Scientific Games, LLC (“SG” or “Company”) shall conduct four (4) drawings (“Trip Prize Drawings”) to award a total of twenty-two (22) Trip Prizes, as described below. TDLR and Company’s Drawing Services shall mutually determine the dates and times for each of the Trip Prize Drawings and the Company shall publicize the dates and times on the GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE Promotional Second-Chance Drawing microsite.

Promotional Second-Chance Drawing Entry Guidelines

• The Texas Lottery^® website and Texas Lottery App (Luck Zone) are the only permissible methods of entry into the GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE Promotional Second-Chance Drawings. Entries sent via any other method will be disqualified.

• The first time you visit the Texas Lottery Luck Zone^® Promotional Second-Chance Drawing entry site you will be required to register and set up a personal account. Players must provide a valid Texas address.

• Any non-winning THE PRICE IS RIGHT™ (Game #2774) scratch ticket is eligible to be entered only once. Entries from one (1) drawing will not be included in any subsequent Drawings.

• A player may not win more than one (1) Trip Prize per Trip Prize Drawing, but a player is eligible to win a Trip Prize in each of the four (4) Trip Prize Drawings. Any Trip Prize winner (“Trip Prizewinner”) who wins more than one (1) Trip Prize may either claim one (1) or more of the additional Trip Prize(s) won (and thereby be responsible for all taxes on all Trip Prizes claimed) or decline to claim any of the additional Trip Prizes. Each Trip Prize the Trip Prizewinner does not claim shall be awarded to an alternate, and the alternate shall be responsible for all taxes on that Trip Prize. If a Trip Prizewinner claims more than one (1) Trip Prize, the Trip Prizewinner may personally participate in the GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE event (“GSE Event”) in one (1) player position only and shall assign a proxy (“Proxy”) to play on their behalf, and a guest, for each additional Trip Prize claimed. If the Trip Prizewinner does not timely assign a proxy and guest for each additional Trip Prize, Company shall assign a Proxy, as applicable. A Proxy must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. All GSE Event Cash Prizes that may be won by the Proxy shall be awarded to the Trip Prizewinner (less applicable tax withholdings).

• All entries must be submitted from a location within the State of Texas.

• Only one (1) winner per entry address, per Drawing.

• Entrants are permitted only one (1) active Luck Zone account. If an entrant has more than one (1) active Luck Zone account, all accounts of the entrant are subject to cancellation by the Texas Lottery at the Texas Lottery's sole discretion without advance notice.

• If there are not enough unique entries in the entry pool to award all the prizes in a Drawing, some prizes may not be awarded and there may be fewer winners for that particular Drawing.

• Drawing Dates may be changed at the sole discretion of the TDLR.

• No cash equivalent of the Trip Prizes will be awarded, and the Trip Prizes are not exchangeable or otherwise transferable.

• Upon the Trip Prizewinner being validated by the Texas Lottery, title to the Trip Prize shall immediately pass to the Trip Prizewinner. The Trip Prize may be assigned to a Proxy by the Trip Prizewinner, or may be assigned by the Company upon request of the Trip Prizewinner if request is made prior to the trip being booked.

• The final Entry Deadline and Drawing Dates will be posted on the Texas Lottery's website at texaslottery.com and on the Texas Lottery App.

• If a Trip Prize is refused by the Trip Prizewinner or is not claimed within the timeframe determined by the Texas Lottery, the Texas Lottery will validate an alternate Trip Prizewinner, and the Company shall fulfill that Trip Prize under the same terms and conditions as specified herein, provided that the Trip Prize is still available, and time requirements have not elapsed;

• The Texas Lottery acknowledges and agrees that the Trip Prizewinner and their Travel Companion are subject to a background investigation, derived from public information, prior to departure to the GSE Event. Such background investigation will be conducted by Company Security with the consent of the Trip Prizewinner and Travel Companion; and

• Company may substitute a prize of equal value or greater value upon the written approval of the TDLR.

LIABILITY

• Neither the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), Scientific Games, LLC (SG), Fremantle Entities, nor Brightstar Lottery nor any of their representative affiliates, liaisons, officers, directors, employees, or commissioners shall be responsible to entrants or to any other person for data entry errors resulting from or caused by the entering, keying or mis-keying of the required ticket information by entrants.

• Each entrant hereby releases, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, successors, and assignees, the State of Texas, the TDLR, Brightstar Lottery, SG, Fremantle Entities and all of their affiliates, agents, and employees, anyone connected with the Promotion, or employees of SG from any and all liability or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Entrant assumes all known and unknown risks in connection therewith. Entrant agrees, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, that entrant and their heirs, successors, and assignees will never prosecute or in any way aid in prosecuting any demand, claim, or suit against the State of Texas, the TDLR, Brightstar Lottery, Fremantle Entities, SG or any of their affiliates, agents, and employees for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property that may occur from any cause whatsoever as a result of taking part in the Promotion. By submitting entries in any promotional-second chance drawing via the Texas Lottery Luck Zone, entrants release the TDLR from any and all liability for use by the Commission of their name, a photograph of their likeness, their image, and/or a video or audio recording of them, related to a second-chance promotion, in order to advertise, market or publicize any promotional prize winnings or for any other lawful purposes as determined by the Commission.

ELIGIBILITY

• The following persons are not eligible to enter the GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE Promotional Second-Chance Drawings: (1) an officer or employee of Brightstar Lottery, Scientific Games, LLC (SG), Fremantle Entities, or any other Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) vendor who is directly involved in providing goods or services used in the operation of the lottery; (2) a TDLR Commissioner or employee; and (3) a spouse, child, brother, sister, or parent living in the same household in the principal place of residence of a person described in (1) or (2). "Directly involved" means responsible for or actively participating in contract negotiations, contract administration, or contract performance.

• A Proxy will be a non-Trip Prizewinner who is assigned by a Trip Prizewinner or by Company to participate in the GSE Event activities described herein. Proxies are not entitled to keep any winning(s) won on behalf of a Trip Prizewinner. A Proxy assigned by Company to participate in the GSE Event on behalf of a Trip Prizewinner shall not be vested with the power, authority or discretion to (i) make any decision pertaining to the GSE Event for or on behalf of the Trip Prizewinner represented by such assigned Proxy; or (ii) risk or forfeit, during the conduct of the GSE Event, any winnings won by the assigned Proxy on behalf of the Trip Prizewinner represented by such assigned Proxy. Conversely, however, a Proxy assigned by a Trip Prizewinner to participate in the GSE Event on behalf of such Trip Prizewinner shall be vested with the power, authority and discretion to (i) make decisions pertaining to the GSE Event for or on behalf of the Trip Prizewinner represented by such designated Proxy; and (ii) risk or forfeit, during the conduct of the GSE Event, any winnings won by the designated Proxy on behalf of the Trip Prizewinner represented by such designated Proxy.

• Each Trip Prizewinner and Travel Companion are responsible for ensuring their respective compliance with the REAL ID Act, to the extent such Act is applicable to the Trip Prizewinner's or the Travel Companion's air travel. The REAL ID Act modifies U.S. federal law pertaining to security, authentication, and issuance procedures standards for state driver licenses and identity documents, as well as various immigration issues pertaining to terrorism.

• Players must be 18 years of age or older.

RIGHT OF PUBLICITY

• If entrant is a winner, entrant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, successors and assignees, hereby grant the TDLR and its agents the perpetual, irrevocable right to use winners’ names, city of residence, and image in any form in connection with the Promotion without compensation.
