$100 CASH PLUS ENTRY PRIZE DETAILS

  • In each of the five (5) sets of $100 Cash plus Entry Prize Drawings, the TLC will select winners who will be awarded (A) a check in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100), and (B) one (1) entry into one (1) of five (5) $5 MILLION VEGAS CHALLENGE® Trip Prize Drawings for a chance to win a Trip Prize to participate in the $5 MILLION VEGAS CHALLENGE® in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • A player may not win more than one (1) $100 Cash plus Entry Prize per $100 Cash plus Entry Prize Drawing, but a player is eligible to win a $100 Cash plus Entry Prize in each of the five (5) $100 Cash plus Entry Prize Drawings.

$5 MILLION VEGAS CHALLENGE® Trip Prize Details

  • The Trip Prize is a four-day, three-night trip for the Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada (to occur during or around the spring of 2025).

    • Total Prize Value: $7,500.00 (including withholding tax)*
    • Total of twenty (20) Trip Prizes to be awarded, four (4) Trip Prize Winners per drawing.
    • Winners, Guests and any Proxies assigned must be 18 years of age or older.

EACH TRIP PRIZE INCLUDES:

  • Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);
  • Ground transfers between Harry Reid International Airport and the destination hotel, and between SG-hosted events;
  • Accommodations of one (1) 3-star or better hotel room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);
  • One thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money, for the Trip Prize Winner, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.

  • Admission to the Challenge theater/venue for the Trip Prize Winner and Guest, where the Trip Prize Winner shall have one (1) chance to participate as a Finalist in the Challenge to win a cash prize ranging from five thousand dollars ($5,000) up to five million dollars ($5,000,000), as described below. The Trip Prize Winner's Guest may sit with the Trip Prize Winner but will not be eligible to be a participant in the Challenge unless the Guest has been appointed as the Trip Prize Winner's Proxy.

*The tax withholding rate for the Trip Prize and Challenge Cash Prizes is 24% for winnings that are greater than $5,000. If you have questions regarding the tax consequences of winning any Texas Lottery® game, including a promotional second-chance drawing, we recommend that you consult with your own accountant or tax advisor. Once a claim is approved, the prize is considered to be claimed, and may not be changed or refused after that point, and tax responsibility will be borne by the prize winner. For prizes with values less than $600 a claim form is not required and the value is not reported to the IRS for tax purposes. These prizes will be immediately fulfilled by the vendor upon receipt of the winners list from the Texas Lottery Commission.

Any Challenge Cash Prize of $1 million or more that is won at the $5 MILLION VEGAS CHALLENGE® Event will be paid as an annuity of twenty (20) payments over nineteen (19) years unless the Challenge Cash Prize winner elects to take the cash value of the annuitized prize, less any required tax withholding. More information will be provided prior to the $5 MILLION VEGAS CHALLENGE® Event in the Official Event Rules and Guidelines.
