$100 Cash Prize Drawings

• The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) will conduct a total of four (4) JURASSIC PARK Promotional Second-Chance Drawings.

• In each of the four (4) Drawings, the TDLR shall select a total of three hundred thirty-five (335) Cash Prize Winners, each of whom will be awarded:

  • a check in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100); plus
  • one (1) entry into one (1) of four (4) $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Trip Drawings to be conducted by Scientific Games, LLC (SG or Company) for a chance to win a Trip Prize to participate in the $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE (Challenge or Event) in Honolulu, Hawaii.

• Drawing Dates may be changed at the sole discretion of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
• Date changes will be posted on this Drawing Information page. If a game is closed before all scheduled drawings occur, then all remaining prizes will be awarded in the next scheduled Drawing.

$1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Trip Prize Drawings

• The Company shall conduct four (4) $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Trip Prize Drawings (Trip Prize Drawings) to award ten (10) Trip Prizes, as described in Section 10 below. After the TDLR completes a Cash Plus Entry Prize Drawing and provides the associated Winners File to the Company, the Company shall enter the names of each of the three hundred thirty-five (335) Cash Plus Entry Prize Winners from that Cash Plus Entry Prize Drawing into the next scheduled $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Trip Prize Drawing. In the first two (2) Trip Prize Drawings, the Company shall select three (3) Trip Prize Winners. In the third and fourth Trip Prize Drawings, the Company shall select two (2) Trip Prize Winners. The TDLR and Company’s Drawing Services shall mutually determine the dates and times for each of Event Drawings and the Company shall publicize the dates and times on the Promotion microsite.  Alternate Winners will be selected in accordance with drawing procedures as mutually agreed by the TDLR and Company.

Promotional Second-Chance Drawing Entry Guidelines

• The Texas Lottery^® website and Texas Lottery App are the only permissible methods of entry into the JURASSIC PARK Promotional Second-Chance Drawings. Entries sent via any other method will be disqualified.

• The first time you visit the Texas Lottery Luck Zone Promotional Second-Chance Drawing entry site you will be required to register and set up a personal account. Players must provide a valid Texas address.

• Any non-winning JURASSIC PARK (Game #2690) scratch ticket is eligible to be entered only once. Entries from one (1) drawing for the $100 Cash Prize will not be included in any subsequent $100 Cash Prize Drawings. A player may not win more than one (1) $100 Cash Prize per $100 Cash Prize Drawing, but a player is eligible to win a $100 Cash Prize in each of the four (4) $100 Cash Prize Drawings.

• All winning entries from the $100 Cash Prize Drawings will be entered into the Trip Prize Drawing for a chance to win a trip for two (2) to Honolulu, Hawaii to participate in the $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Event.

• A player may not win more than one (1) Trip Prize per Trip Prize Drawing, but a player is eligible to participate in and win a Trip Prize in each of the four (4) Trip Prize Drawings. Any Trip Prize Winner who wins more than one (1) Trip Prize may either claim one (1) or more of the additional Trip Prize(s) won (and thereby be responsible for all taxes on all Trip Prizes claimed) or decline to claim any of the additional Trip Prizes. Each Trip Prize the Trip Prize Winner does not claim shall be awarded to an alternate, and the alternate shall be responsible for all taxes on that Trip Prize. If a Trip Prize Winner claims more than one (1) Trip Prize, the Trip Prize Winner may personally participate in the $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE (“Challenge”) in one (1) Grand Prize position only and shall assign a Proxy to play on their behalf, and a Guest, for each additional Trip Prize claimed. If the Trip Prize Winner does not timely assign a Proxy and Guest for each additional Trip Prize, SG shall assign a Proxy as applicable. A Proxy must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. All Challenge Cash Prizes that may be won by the Proxy shall be awarded to the Trip Prize Winner (less applicable tax withholdings).

• All entries must be submitted from a location within the state of Texas.

• Only one (1) winner per entry address, per Drawing.

• Entrants are permitted only one (1) active Luck Zone account. If an entrant has more than one (1) active Luck Zone account, all accounts of the entrant are subject to cancellation by the Texas Lottery at the Texas Lottery's sole discretion without advance notice.

• If there are not enough unique entries in the entry pool to award all the prizes in a Drawing, some prizes may not be awarded and there may be fewer winners for that particular Drawing.

• No cash equivalent of the prizes will be awarded, and the prizes are not exchangeable or otherwise transferable.

• Drawing Dates may be changed at the sole discretion of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

• Date changes will be posted on this drawing schedule. In the event that a game is closed before all scheduled $100 Cash Prize Drawings occur, then all remaining prizes will be awarded in the next scheduled Drawing.

• The final Entry Deadline and Drawing Dates for the $100 Cash Prize Drawings will be posted on the Texas Lottery's website at texaslottery.com and on the Texas Lottery App.

• Entries received after the Entry Deadline for the final $100 Cash Prize Drawing are not eligible for a JURASSIC PARK Promotional Second-Chance Drawing prize.

LIABILITY

• Neither the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), Scientific Games, LLC (SG), Universal Entities nor Brightstar Lottery nor any of their representative affiliates, liaisons, officers, directors, employees, or commissioners shall be responsible to entrants or to any other person for data entry errors resulting from or caused by the entering, keying or mis-keying of the required ticket information by entrants.

• Each entrant hereby releases, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, successors, and assignees, the State of Texas, the TDLR, Brightstar Lottery, SG, Universal Entities and all of their affiliates, agents, and employees, anyone connected with the Promotion, or employees of SG from any and all liability or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Entrant assumes all known and unknown risks in connection therewith. Entrant agrees, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, that entrant and their heirs, successors, and assignees will never prosecute or in any way aid in prosecuting any demand, claim, or suit against the State of Texas, the TDLR, Brightstar Lottery, SG or any of their affiliates, agents, and employees for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property that may occur from any cause whatsoever as a result of taking part in the Promotion. By submitting entries in any promotional-second chance drawing via the Texas Lottery Luck Zone, entrants release the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation from any and all liability for use by the Commission of their name, a photograph of their likeness, their image, and/or a video or audio recording of them, related to a second-chance promotion, in order to advertise, market or publicize any promotional prize winnings or for any other lawful purposes as determined by the Commission.

ELIGIBILITY

• The following persons are not eligible to enter the JURASSIC PARK Promotional Second-Chance Drawings: (1) an officer or employee of Brightstar Lottery Scientific Games, LLC (SG) or any other Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) vendor who is directly involved in providing goods or services used in the operation of the lottery; (2) a TDLR Commissioner or employee; and (3) a spouse, child, brother, sister, or parent living in the same household in the principal place of residence of a person described in (1) or (2). "Directly involved" means responsible for or actively participating in contract negotiations, contract administration, or contract performance.

• A Proxy will be a non-Trip Prize Winner who is assigned by a Trip Prize Winner or by SG to participate in the Challenge activities described herein. Proxies are not entitled to keep any winning(s) won on behalf of a Trip Prize Winner. A Proxy assigned by SG to participate in the Challenge on behalf of a Trip Prize Winner shall not be vested with the power, authority or discretion to (i) make any decision pertaining to the Challenge for or on behalf of the Contestant represented by such assigned Proxy; or (ii) risk or forfeit, during the conduct of the Challenge, any winnings won by the assigned Proxy on behalf of the Trip Prize Winner represented by such assigned Proxy. Conversely, however, a Proxy assigned by a Trip Prize Winner to participate in the Challenge on behalf of such Trip Prize Winner shall be vested with the power, authority and discretion to (i) make decisions pertaining to the Challenge for or on behalf of the Trip Prize Winner represented by such designated Proxy; and (ii) risk or forfeit, during the conduct of the Challenge, any winnings won by the designated Proxy on behalf of the Trip Prize Winner represented by such designated Proxy.

• Each Trip Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for ensuring their respective compliance with the REAL ID Act, to the extent such Act is applicable to the Trip Prize Winner's or the Guest's air travel. The REAL ID Act modifies U.S. federal law pertaining to security, authentication, and issuance procedures standards for state driver licenses and identity documents, as well as various immigration issues pertaining to terrorism.

• Players must be 18 years of age or older.

RIGHT OF PUBLICITY

• If entrant is a winner, entrant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, successors and assignees, hereby grant the TDLR and its agents the perpetual, irrevocable right to use winners’ names, city of residence, and image in any form in connection with the Promotion without compensation.
