  • In each of the four (4) sets of $100 Cash Prize Drawings, the Texas Lottery will select winners who will be awarded (A) a check in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100), plus (B) one (1) entry into one (1) of four (4) $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Trip Prize Drawings for a chance to win a Trip Prize to participate in $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE (the "Challenge") in Honolulu, Hawaii.

  • A player may not win more than one (1) $100 Cash Prize per $100 Cash Prize Drawing, but a player is eligible to win a $100 Cash Prize in each of the four (4) $100 Cash Prize Drawings.

$1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Trip Prize Details:

  • Trip Prize Value: $14,895.83 (including withholding tax)*.

  • The Trip Prize is a six-day, five-night trip for the Trip Prize Winners and one (1) guest each to Hawaii (to occur during or around November of 2026).

  • Total of ten (10) Trip Prizes to be awarded, three (3) Trip Prize Winners in Drawing #1, three (3) Trip Prize Winners in Drawing #2, two (2) Trip Prize Winners in Drawing #3 and two (2) Trip Prize Winners in Drawing #4.

  • Trip Prize Winners, Guests and any Proxies assigned must be 18 years of age or older.

Each Trip Prize Includes:

  • Roundtrip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport in the 48 U.S. contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges).

  • Ground transfers between destination Airport and destination hotel and, if necessary, between Company hosted activities and $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE (the “Challenge”).

  • One (1) double occupancy room accommodations (room and room tax only) at a 3-star or better hotel in Oahu, Hawaii for five (5) nights.

  • One thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for the Trip Prize Winner to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date. 

  • Admission for Trip Prize Winner and guest to the Welcome Reception.

  • Trip Prize Winner shall select one (1) tour or excursion from a variety of curated tours and activities in and around Oahu, Hawaii for Trip Prize Winner and Guest.

  • Admission to the Challenge venue for the Trip Prize Winner and Guest.

  • The Trip Prize Winner, or duly authorized proxy, shall have one (1) chance to participate in the CHALLENGE for a chance to win up to one million dollars ($1,000,000) as further described below.  The Trip Prize Winner’s Guest may sit with the Trip Prize Winner but will not be eligible to be a participant in the CHALLENGE unless the Guest has been appointed as the Trip Prize Winner’s proxy.

    • The $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE (the “Challenge” or “Event”) will be conducted according to event and security procedures generated by the Company and its third-party underwriters. Final official event details (“the “Event Details”) explaining how the Challenge will be conducted will be provided to the TDLR and Trip Prize Winners no later than 120 days prior to the Event.

    • Each Trip Prize Winner (or assigned proxy) shall participate as a contestant (the “Contestant”) in the Challenge together with Trip Prize Winners from other participating lottery jurisdictions.

    • Each Contestant will have one (1) chance to play a series of mini games for the chance to win cash prizes (collectively, the “Challenge Prize”). The total potential Challenge Prize that may be won by each Contestant, shall be based upon the round (defined below) in which the Contestant is participating, and will range from one thousand dollars ($1,000) up to a chance to win one million dollars ($1,000,000) (“Grand Prize”).

    • The Challenge will consist of four (4) rounds (each a “Round” or plural “Rounds”). Each Round will be played separately.

      1. Round 1: Cash Prizes range from seventy-five dollars ($75) up to one thousand dollars ($1,000).

      2. Round 2: Cash Prizes range from one hundred dollars ($100) up to five thousand dollars ($5,000).

      3. Round 3: Cash Prizes range from five hundred dollars ($500) up to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).

      4. Round 4: Cash Prizes range from three hundred twenty-five dollars ($325) up to one million dollars ($1,000,000).

    • Trip Prize Winners will be mailed the Event Details concerning the Challenge prior to their trip departure.

    • Company reserves the right to modify specific game play provided such change does not result in a lower expected payout for the Contestant for the modified portion.

*The tax withholding rate for the Trip Prize and Challenge Cash Prizes is 24% for winnings that are greater than $5,000. If you have questions regarding the tax consequences of winning any Texas Lottery® game, including a promotional second-chance drawing, we recommend that you consult with your own accountant or tax advisor. Once a claim is approved, the prize is considered to be claimed and may not be changed or refused after that point, and tax responsibility will be borne by the prize winner. For prizes with values less than $600 a claim form is not required and the value is not reported to the IRS for tax purposes. These prizes will be immediately fulfilled by the vendor upon receipt of the winners list from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The Challenge Prizes won by each Trip Prize Winner during the Challenge, less required tax withholdings will be mailed, in the form of a check, to the Trip Prize Winner within thirty (30) business days after the official conclusion of the Event in Hawaii, but not later than December 31, 2026. The Company shall withhold from such prizes the minimum required federal tax withholdings and shall deposit said withholdings on behalf of the Trip Prize Winner to the appropriate agencies. More information will be provided prior to the $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE event.
