subject to
federal income tax withholding (winnings greater than $5,000).
The tax withholding rate for the Trip Prize and the Challenge Cash Prizes is 24% for winnings that are greater than $5,000.
If you have questions regarding the tax consequences of winning any Texas Lottery game, including a Promotional Second-Chance
Drawing, we recommend that you consult with your own accountant or tax advisor. For prizes with values less than $600 a claim
form is not required and the value is not reported to the IRS for tax purposes. These prizes will be immediately fulfilled by
the vendor upon receipt of the winners list from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
For the $1,000,000 JACKPOT CHALLENGE Trip Prize Drawings, and Challenge Cash Prizes, questions regarding the prize payments,
and tax liability or withholding for cash prizes, should be directed by SG, at 1-800-201-0108. Participation in the $1,000,000

Prize you have won.

alternate entry.
